TERPEIS is a regional initiative supported through the EUKI program of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action. The focus of this project is to pursue a bottom-up approach to assist in the implementation of the Green Agenda for the Western Balkans. The project is implemented by the German company Climate Analytics and extends to three Western Balkan countries, which in addition to Albania, include Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The main aim is to empower civil society in Western Balkan countries to engage in scientific processes of formulating and monitoring climate policies. This is achieved through examining the trajectory of deviation or compliance with various scenarios envisioned in the Paris Agreement, particularly regarding the target of limiting the average temperature increase to 1.5\u00b0C compared to the pre-industrial period, by the year 2100.
